Services Available to our Clients
We ensure that the first impression visitors receive in our client offices is a favorable one. It’s our job to maintain that vital first impression on an ongoing basis.
Restrooms
A detailed 10-Point cleaning service will be completed to insure a healthy and sanitized environment. These services include:
- Restocking all the restrooms with supplies including paper towels, toilet tissue, seat covers and hand soap as required
- Wash and polish all mirrors, dispensers, faucets, flushmeters and brightwork with disinfectant cleaner
- Wipe and dry all sinks
- Wash and sanitize all toilets, urinals and sinks as required
- Remove stains, descale toilets, urinals and sinks as required
- Mop all restroom floors with disinfectant solution
- Empty all receptacles
- Disinfect and polish all partitions, tile walls, dispensers, doors and receptacles
- Dust all low-reach and high-reach areas such as structural ledges, mirror tops, partition tops and edges, air-conditioning diffusers and return air grills
- Wipe down all tile walls and metal partitions
Medical and Technical Offices
Our staff is trained to effectively clean examination rooms, dental offices and labs. We understand the importance of a sanitary workspace and routinely clean to that standard.
General Dusting
We dust all desks, office furniture and conference room tables with treated dust cloths. Papers and folders on desks will not be moved.
Flooring
Our staff is expertly trained in the daily maintenance, specialized service and care of carpets and rugs. We are equally experienced in the proper maintenance of vinyl and ceramic tile, marble, granite, and other sophisticated hard surfaces.
Kitchen Care
We wipe and clean all counter tops, doors, microwave appliances and refrigerators, resulting in a consistently clean and sanitary eating area.
Communications Journal
T&S Maintnance realizes that open customer contact is essential for superior service. Not only do we effectively communicate with each client to develop a tailored maintenance program, but we provide a “Communications Journal” to track the quality of our service on an immediate basis. The Journal also provides a forum for our quick response to clients’ needs or additional requirements. Our clients log a request, we respond.
Quality Control
T&S Maintenance sends a monthly questionnaire to each client to ensure total customer satisfaction. Any issue arising from our “report card” becomes a priority for immediate and lasting resolution. Our clients can expect action, not excuses.
